My company (Workday) has recently started using Scala in our technology stack (we're a SaaS applications company, like salesforce.com or similar). We have an (in-house) training session with some of the folks from Scala solutions and they have generously offered to host an 'open house' for any interested local parties. So we're setting up this page as a vehicle for publicising and arranging this session. Possibly more to follow.
